Found some interesting articles about art in video games.

I had a breakthrough today when i found a really go video talking about the term "cute" and humans! seen below.

This led me to find the following youtube video by VSause (Michael). "Why Are Things Cute?"

And in turn helped me find a man by the name of 'Konrad Lorenz'

This man dedicated his life to the study of cuteness in living things

I found today a wonderful tool for explaining cuteness in real world objects. This tool applies Lorenz’s traits of what cuteness is with a hammer to make it really round and really squat, it goes from being a utilitarian tool to a cute little tiny hammer. It is a hammer that has become cute, because we gave it qualities that we see in our own offspring.

Try it out for yourself below!

Today I have begun building my first research related game, the idea being you must help a “cute” monster escape from an increasing number of enemies by leading him around them with a rainbow lolly pop.
